Civil Air Patrol (CAP) conducts a variety of operational missions primarily in the areas of emergency services, disaster relief, counterdrug, and homeland security. Also provides assistance to State and local authorities. STARBASE NE, Inc. Foundation supports the STARBASE federal program by providing financial assistance to enhance the educational experiences of 900 5th graders from low socio-economic schools in Lincoln.
